Meredith Mills, founder and executive chef of TruNourish, is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Educator, personal chef, and caterer with over twenty years of experience in the food & wellness industry. She facilities health-supportive workshops, teaches health-focused (and delicious) cooking classes in the greater Boston area. Her innovative and compassionate Nutrition Counseling services inspire clients to reach and sustain their goals for health, vitality, weight loss, and stress reduction without the struggle of "dieting."
With a focus on health, vitality, and balance through mindful eating, Meredith and TruNourish Catering provide clients with a delicious sensory food experience that transcends "gourmet."
Meredith is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, and currently teaches in the Culinary program at Kripalu in Lenox, MA. She graduated from NYU with a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, and holds certifications in Raw Food, Vegan Baking, and Health-Supportive Cooking through the Natural Gourmet Cooking School in New York City. She also owns Personal Touch Catering, a full-service traditional catering company based in Boston and Providence.
TruNourish was founded in 2011, the result of Meredith's desire to serve the greater Boston community through food knowledge and mindful food preparation. TruNourish combines three separate aspects of food and health services - catering, consulting, and education - into one unique wellness business. Though the services offered by TruNourish may be diverse, the purpose behind them is the same: to help everyone, regardless of age, health, or lifestyle, feel good through food!
